It still feels surreal to say this: my work has been featured on the cover of Vero Beach Magazine.
When I first picked up a camera over a decade ago, I never imagined where it would take me. To see one of my photographs on the front cover of a publication that means so much to our community is an honor, and I don’t take it lightly.
Even more meaningful is who is on the cover: Chloe and Chris, two of the sweetest, kindest people I’ve had the privilege to photograph. Their wedding at Sea Oaks Beach and Tennis Club was timeless and elegant, with so much thought and love poured into every single detail. From the hand-made citrus decorations to the colorful and vibrant theme, every bit of their day represented their love, personalities, and the joyfulness of the day.
It was an honor to document it all.
Having their wedding featured—and celebrated—by Vero Beach Magazine is a beautiful testament to not only their story, but to the trust they placed in me as their wedding photographer. I’m grateful to them, to the editors at the magazine, and to the community that continues to support this local photographer who loves to capture people’s biggest days.
This milestone is more than a proud career moment—it’s a reminder of why I do what I do. Wedding photography isn’t just about the images. It’s about relationships, trust, and storytelling. It’s about knowing how to anticipate a fleeting moment, how to gently guide or step back when needed, and how to provide couples with photos that represent them, their love, and the countless hours they put into planning their beautiful weddings.
To my past, present, and future clients—thank you for inviting me in. You are the reason I get to do this incredible job. Capturing the best days of your lives is an honor that will never be lost on me.
And to Chloe and Chris—thank you for allowing me to be a small part of such a big moment. Your love, joy, and vision deserved every bit of the spotlight.
Here’s to more stories worth telling—and the duty of telling them well.
Please check out the June issue (and every issue) of Vero Beach Magazine. You can also check out the online article here. They are a wonderful local publication with stories that truly highlight the people who make Vero Beach amazing.
